About the Role:As a Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and nurturing students in Years 3 and 4. Your role will include:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, supported, and motivated.
- Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress and using data to inform teaching strategies.
- Differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
- Promoting social, emotional, and academic development, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
- Engaging with parents/carers to provide updates on pupils' progress and wellbeing.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience or a strong understanding of teaching in Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4).
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Has a creative and proactive approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Is committed to the personal and academic development of every child.
- Has a passion for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum and can bring new ideas to the classroom.
- Is a strong communicator and works effectively as part of a team.
