About the Role:We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and versatile Performing Arts Teacher to join our team in the Nelson area. This full-time position is available from 22nd April and may extend through to Christmas. We are looking for a talented individual who can teach Dance, Music, or Drama, inspiring students to explore their creativity and develop their skills in the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Dance, Music, or Drama.
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching performing arts at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of the performing arts curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for inspiring students and promoting a love for the arts.
