Skills
- Service focused at all times - strong appreciation of who the customer is (internal/external), what their needs are and how they can be delivered
- Takes ownership, be accountable and make things happen
- Finds solutions and practical ways to overcome barriers
- Thinks on feet and use initiative
- Well-presented and effective at communication
- Demonstrate a background working on site in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
