About the Role:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment runs.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address queries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
About You:
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
