A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join NMS Recruit.

Reporting to the Operations Director you will work in a fast-paced sales environment where your main responsibility will be to support a team of Recruitment Consultants who specialise in placing candidates within the Office Support, Sales, Finance, IT and Technical sectors.

This role is varied, and duties will include:

  • Answering and directing all inbound calls
  • CV preparation for the Consultants
  • CRM update - sending out Terms of Business
  • Inputting weekly temporary payroll
  • Support with recruitment of temporary workers including advertising our temporary vacancies, pre- screening of candidates and sending documents to the client
  • Social Media content - working with our external agency and providing monthly content ideas for all our platforms
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and all supplies are consistently stocked and readily available
  • Organising group charity events for example Red Nose Day, Macmillan Coffee morning and coordinating our monthly charity collection

The role will be busy and requires excellent attention to detail, good time management, strong communication and IT skills and a pro-active attitude.

To be suitable for this role you will have administration and customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. This is an office based role and due to the location of the office you will need to have your own transport.
