Are you a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy that delivers innovative design and construction solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budgets
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Monitor project expenditures and provide financial reports
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Ensure compliance with construction law and regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor (HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Masterbill, Bluebeam, Excel)
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites when required
