Are you a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy that delivers innovative design and construction solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budgets
- Manage tenders, contracts, and procurement processes
- Monitor project expenditures and provide financial reports
- Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-saving strategies
- Ensure compliance with construction law and regulations
What We're Looking For:
- RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor (HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Masterbill, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Flexibility to travel to client sites when required
