We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Your role will be varied, and duties will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors.
- Email and telephone marketing campaigns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and providing candidates with feedback.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job advertisements, short listing candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Assisting senior consultants with business development and client engagement.
- Providing an excellent level of service and candidate care.
We look for individuals that have:
- Previous experience in a sales role of any shape or form (telesales, field sales, retail sales)
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop within the recruitment field.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for building relationships.
- A strong work ethic and drive to meet targets and exceed expectations.
- Driving licence and own car.
