Job Title: Residential Practitioner
Location: Leeds
Salary: 26,421.00 - 28,770.00 (pro rata for part-time)
Potential Earnings: 29,817 - 32,419 (including enhancements)
About You
As a Residential Practitioner, you will bring:
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with basic computer literacy.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent), or the commitment to achieve the qualification within a reasonable period (course fees paid by us).
- Recent experience supporting children or young people with emotional or behavioural challenges (this can come from employment, volunteering, student placements, or personal life).
- Excellent communication and listening skills, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights.

Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 26,421.00, rising incrementally to 28,770.00 (pro rata for part-time).
- Enhancements: Additional payment for unsocial hours, including sleeping-in duties.
- Weekend Working: Time and a half for weekend shifts (if applicable).
- Potential Earnings: With enhancements, your salary can range from 29,817 to 32,419 based on full-time hours.
