Our client are looking for a site supervisor to manager a refurbishment project in Southampton, works include refurbishing an exisiting building into a trampoline park.

The project is due to start in the New Year and will last for apporximately 10 weeks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure smooth progress, compliance with drawings, and project specifications.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications, identifying any issues or discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and work is carried out to schedule.
  • Progress Reporting: Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of the works, including any delays, issues, or potential risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, building codes, and company procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and incident reports.
