HSEQ Advisor role - Wastewater Treatment

SSA are currently recruiting for a leading contractor within civil engineering & utilities who are looking for an experiencedHSEQ Advisor to join their team working on Anaerobic Digestion upgrade schemes across the Thames Water region.

This will involve ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and that all persons affected either directly or indirectly are not subjected to avoidable risks.

Experience with DSEAR and working in explosive areas will be a key factor; and the role would also involve audits & inspections; developing safety controls; creating safe systems of works; liaising with the clinet & other stakeholders amonst other duties.

Desirable:

  • Relevant experience within Construction/Civils/Utilities/Process industries
  • DSEAR & EX experience
  • NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
