Day to Day duties of a Wet Multi:
- Tap changes
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Responsive maintenance.
- Drainage
- Unblocks
- Mould wash
- Damp Repair
- Tiling
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Wet Multi:
- Experience in residential properties
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS check
- Drivers Licenses
- Qualifications
- CSCS Card
