An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Primary School Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in New Addington starting in January 2025. • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and supported in their learning.
• Monitor and assess pupils' progress regularly, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and promote academic success.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged and motivated to learn.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible educational experience for all students.
• Promote the social, emotional, and personal development of pupils, encouraging their independence and love of learning.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with a focus on Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is a bonus).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring and nurturing environment for students.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
