Job Purpose:
Future Education are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs in Key Stages 2 and 3, facilitating their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons.
- Develop and implement behavioral support strategies.
- Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Monitor student progress and report to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and external agencies.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with emotional regulation, anxiety, and behavioral challenges.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (Optional)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.
- Knowledge of SEMH strategies and best practices.
