An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Intervention Service (EIS) Practitioner to join a dynamic NHS team based in South London. This is a full-time role offering a competitive pay rate of £26 per hour, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist support and care for individuals accessing the Early Intervention Service.
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and prevent relapse in service users experiencing first episodes of psychosis.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to deliver person-centered care.
  • Supporting service users to achieve positive outcomes, including reintegration into the community, employment, and education.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NHS standards and policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an Early Intervention Service (EIS) role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing psychosis and the importance of early intervention.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and registration with an appropriate body.
