What's involved?
For this position, you must be an experienced head chef who understands the importance of due diligence, team training, and maximising the potential of your ingredients. As the head chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.
You will lead a small but dedicated kitchen team, managing daily operations, menu development, and the overall guest experience. You will have the creative freedom to craft dishes that showcase the incredible local produce available in Hampshire.
Additionally, you will foster a positive team atmosphere, promoting teamwork and hospitality among staff.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
