Teacher of Social Science (Sociology) - Walsall

Start date – September 2024

Full Time position

Pay rates vary between £130 to £220 per day depending on experience

The full-time role starts September 2024 and the school is looking to book the right candidate immediately. The successful candidate would be working across KS5 (year 12 & 13) teaching Sociology. Your role is to follow and implement the relevant schemes of learning whilst working closely with the Head of Faculty.  

The Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Department will offer excellent support and will provide an encouraging and supportive environment.

Applicants need to have the following:

• QTS
• Experience teaching Sociology to Year 12 and Year 13
• Excellent classroom management
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
• Instructors are also encouraged to apply as well as educators working towards QTLS.

Early Career Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
