About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work 1:1 with a student who requires SEMH support. Your role will involve:
- Delivering tailored academic and emotional support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and resilience
- Collaborating with the wider team to implement individualised learning plans
- Promoting a safe and nurturing environment for learning and development
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
