As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Manage and mentor a team of nursing staff
- Deliver excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care
- Work 40 hours per week, including 8am-8pm shifts and 9am-5pm supernumerary days
- Take on-call duties and work alternate weekends
- Build excellent relationships with residents and their families
