Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming, setting, and operating an Amada HFE. This is a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate the Amada HFE CNC Press Brake
- Write programs at the machine
- Demonstrate a good all-round knowledge of sheet metal processes
- Work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings
- Work with a high level of precision, tight tolerances, and time schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC Press Brake
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and sheet metal processes
Day-to-day
The basic hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 7.30 to 16.30 and Friday 7.30 till 12.30 (39 hours). Additionally, flexibility allows for starting from 6.30 and finishing from 10 am on Fridays.
