My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support to our client based in Kingston. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a busy conveyancing department
Day-to-day of the role:- Assisting with files from instruction to completion, sales, remortgages and other admin duties
- Managing the onboarding platforms and utilising case management systems,
- Verifying ID's to effectively onboard clients, obtaining source of funds and wealth information
- Liaising with conveyancers, clients and estate agents throughout process
- Minimum 12 months experience in a support role within a busy conveyancing department.
- Essential knowledge of sales, purchase, and remortgaging processes.
- Proficiency in using Case Management Systems.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
