Junior Client Onboarding Administrator

£25,000 plus benefits

Our client, a dynamic and expanding organization based near Kingston Upon Thames, is seeking a Junior Client Onboarding Administrator to join their growing team.

This exciting role is focused on enhancing and streamlining the client onboarding process. You will play a key part in driving the organization’s commitment to clarity and efficiency in internal and external communication and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Client and Regulatory Support: Assist lawyers and clients with all aspects of the Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, including client and matter setup, due diligence procedures, and conflict checks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently communicate with lawyers and team members, understanding business needs and proactively delivering tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on compliance with internal and regulatory procedures, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or deficiencies in processes and escalate them appropriately to ensure compliance.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • KYC/AML Knowledge: At least 6 months of experience with KYC and AML regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Database Expertise: Experience with case and database management systems.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to analyze and interpret complex client onboarding tools and systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate insights effectively.
