You’ll be provided with the product knowledge and skills training you need to provide our customers with a service that exceeds their expectations and keeps them coming back! You will learn how to demonstrate and discuss our products, as well as the practical aspects of our custom fit service. If you can demonstrate experience adapting your approach in a customer-focused sales environment, we can help you with the rest.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need

  • Strong Golf club custom fitting experience
  • Previous experience working within a customer facing sales/retail environment
  • PGA membership is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.
  • Able to work collaboratively with all colleagues.
