An excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join a well-established company.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: Starting from £45,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience, Bonus scheme available.
Location: New Malden, Surrey KT3. Office based role with occasional working from home (Home working subject to completion of successful probation).
Schedule: Monday Friday 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for HVAC projects
Analyse project specifications and drawings
Collaborate with the Director, clients, and project managers
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements (occasionally).
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes
CAD or similar software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in estimation software like (Ensign Estimating) software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
English language written & verbal skills are compulsory.
