- Assist with the management of sales, purchase, and remortgage files
- Conduct client onboarding, including ID verification and source of funds checks
- Utilise case management systems and onboarding platforms efficiently
- Liaise with clients, conveyancers, and estate agents throughout the transaction
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the fee-earning team
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a busy conveyancing support role
- Sound knowledge of sales, purchase, and remortgaging processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Experience with Case Management Systems is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
