The primary responsibilities include managing the administrative aspects of the lettings process, ensuring smooth tenancy progression, and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing tenancy agreements, conducting reference checks, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Duties will include:

  • Completing daily bank reconciliation of all receipts
  • Daily uploading of rent and payments and invoices
  • Resolving landlord queries via email and telephone
  • Investigating and proactively resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices via the completion of a weekly and monthly Debtors Report, liaising directly with landlords & clients to ensure prompt payment
  • Assist with completing payment requests, including refunds and deposit releases ahead of each payment run
  • Liaising with PMs, issuing and re-issuing invoices as well as issuing credit notes
  • General accounts administration including banking, filing and retrieval of paperwork
  • Issuing Service charge demands for Block Management.
  • Chasing Arrears/ Credit Control

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Lettings Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Solid data entry skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
