Hours Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm

The primary responsibilities include managing the administrative aspects of the lettings process, ensuring smooth tenancy progression, and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing tenancy agreements, conducting reference checks, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Attention to detail and fantastic organisational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Candidates must bring proven experience in lettings, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the property market and the intricacies of tenancy management. Familiarity with tenancy progression and administrative duties within the lettings sector will be highly advantageous. Duties will include:
- Completing daily bank reconciliation of all receipts
- Daily uploading of rent and payments and invoices
- Resolving landlord queries via email and telephone
- Investigating and proactively resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices via the completion of a weekly and monthly Debtors Report, liaising directly with landlords & clients to ensure prompt payment
- Assist with completing payment requests, including refunds and deposit releases ahead of each payment run
- Liaising with PMs, issuing and re-issuing invoices as well as issuing credit notes
- General accounts administration including banking, filing and retrieval of paperwork
- Issuing Service charge demands for Block Management.
- Chasing Arrears/ Credit Control
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Lettings Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of Excel
- Solid data entry skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
