Candidate Consultant

We are currently looking for a Candidate Consultant to support our fantastic team based in our Surrey Office. Your daily role will be focused on recruiting candidates to work within primary/secondary and SEND schools all across Surrey and South West London. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and helping those find roles in education. You will be generating candidate recruitment via advertising, cv searches and other relevant professional media sources. You will be required to monitor job boards as well as generate referrals from our current candidate base. You will be supporting candidates with compliance, helping them with every step of our registration process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Advertise new roles
  • CV searching for new candidates
  • Generate a pool of candidates for the Primary education department
  • Recruit candidates to join TimePlan
  • Ability to engage and support new candidates with the registration process.
  • Support with the compliance process
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Generate a profile of each candidate recruited

Job Requirements

  • Experience of working in schools or recruitment is preferred but not essential
  • Good understanding of Education in UK
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Available 5 days a week
  • Confident with undertaking Candidate Generation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member
  • Confident in developing relationships with people at all levels in person and on the phone
  • willingness to go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of candidates
  • A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines
