The Role
As the company experiences rapid growth, they are investing in the Policy Administration System (PAS) – a critical platform that manages policy lifecycles and stores essential information. They are looking for a PAS Platform Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver to support and enhance this system.
In this role, you will work closely with agile delivery and operational teams to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives, operates efficiently, and evolves to support expansion. You will be responsible for analyzing PAS performance, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your insights and ability to communicate effectively across teams will play a crucial role in shaping our PAS strategy.
Your Profile
- Experience in Insurance industry or PAS related projects or products
- Experience in business process optimization and enhancing user experiences.
- Strong background in platform analysis and management with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to align platform changes with broader business objectives.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
