SEN Learning Support Assistant – Monday to Thursday –New Malden

We are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a post-16 college in the New Malden area, supporting students with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Complex Needs.
Role Details:- Location: New Malden
- Days: Monday to Thursday (Only apply if you can work these days)
- Hours: 8:45am – 4:30pm
- Pay: £92 - £95 per day (PAYE)
- Providing tailored support to students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs
- Assisting with learning activities, personal care, and communication support
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
- Supporting students in developing independence and life skills
- Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, PMLD, or complex needs
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Willingness to assist with personal care and physical support if required
- A passion for helping young people reach their full potential
