SEN Learning Support Assistant – Monday to Thursday –New Malden

We are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a post-16 college in the New Malden area, supporting students with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Complex Needs.

Role Details:
  • Location: New Malden
  • Days: Monday to Thursday (Only apply if you can work these days)
  • Hours: 8:45am – 4:30pm
  • Pay: £92 - £95 per day (PAYE)
Responsibilities:
  • Providing tailored support to students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs
  • Assisting with learning activities, personal care, and communication support
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
  • Supporting students in developing independence and life skills
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, PMLD, or complex needs
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach
  • Willingness to assist with personal care and physical support if required
