Description

Accounts Receivables Clerk:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including raising invoices and allocating payments.
• Monitor and chase overdue payments to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling queries and disputes with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
• Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status and contribute to cash flow management.
• Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable operations.

Profile

Accounts Receivables Clerk:
