The Role
As part of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and assembling precision components in a cleanroom environment. Full PPE and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and setting machines to produce high-quality products
- Performing visual inspections and using measuring tools to check components
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment
- Following cleanroom gowning and safety procedures
- Accurately recording production data and reporting issues to the Team Leader
Day or Early shift hours can be flexible shift options are below but will be a standard 39hr week.
Monday to Thursday 06.00 -3.00pm and Friday 06.00 - 11am
Or
Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 07.30am - 12.30pm
About you
Experience in machine operation and setting (factory, production, or assembly work)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Good understanding of health & safety policies and manual handling
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
