We are recruiting for a well-established global manufacturing company in New Milton that specialises in filtration systems for the food, beverage, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. The Role

As part of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and assembling precision components in a cleanroom environment. Full PPE and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and setting machines to produce high-quality products
  • Performing visual inspections and using measuring tools to check components
  • Ensuring quality control standards are met
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment
  • Following cleanroom gowning and safety procedures
  • Accurately recording production data and reporting issues to the Team Leader

Day or Early shift hours can be flexible shift options are below but will be a standard 39hr week.

Monday to Thursday 06.00 -3.00pm and Friday 06.00 - 11am

Or

Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 07.30am - 12.30pm

About you

Experience in machine operation and setting (factory, production, or assembly work)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Good understanding of health & safety policies and manual handling

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
