What's involved?
As a Commis chef you will be an integral part of our well-established team, utilising locally sourced produce and maintaining strict portion and waste control to ensure profitability.
You will collaborate closely with kitchen team, learning your craft and being trained by the junior and senior chefs. They will teach you how to uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Experience in a similar establishment highly desirable for this role.
