Sous Chef - Up to £33,000 - New Milton

The role:
An experienced Sous Chef is required for a leisure park in the heart of the New Forest with easy access to the seafront so a stunning location to live and work. Live in Accommodation in a holiday home can be provided if you don't live close by.
The chefs here work just 40 hours usually 12-9 shifts but if you work over 40 you get paid over time which is very refreshing!

Key Information:
* Salary: up to £33,000 - plus GP related bonus
* Hours: 5/7 days on straight shifts usually 12pm-9pm
* Location: Near Christchurch so easy access to the vibrant Seaside town of Bournemouth!!

Duties include:
* To support the Head Chef
* To set and maintain standards.
* To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean tidy and hygienic state.
* To liaise with customers, to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for.
* To respond to feedback from customers and amend menus as appropriate.
* To create a range of interesting menus for both adults and children
* Anything else reasonably requested by the management of the organisation

What you need to get the job as a Head Chef:

Experience at Sous Chef level in a similar establishment
Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
