Marketing Demand Generation Manager
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid - New Milton
Contract: Permanent
Our client is a well-established business and a market leader in their industry. They are looking for an experienced marketing demand generation professional to join their team in New Milton, Hampshire.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth for products and services within the housing and care sectors.
- Manage and optimise various marketing channels, including Account Based Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Digital Channels, to ensure maximum impact and lead generation.
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of proven success in B2B demand generation, ideally in a related industry.
- A track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) principles and methodologies.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Solid grasp of marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Website management and optimization skills to maximize impact.
