Our client is seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager with a genuine desire to make a difference in supporting the community. Your empathetic nature and keen attention to customer needs will shine through your excellent communication and relationship management skills. You'll actively listen to and resolve customer queries, ensuring their satisfaction.

You bring proven experience in an account management role and have strong customer success management skills. Your ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders is backed by solid evidence. Effective communication with internal stakeholders, including our executive board members, is crucial to your success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary contact for B2B customers, engaging with them at all levels and proactively scheduling regular reviews.
  • Your accessibility and responsiveness will help build strong, long-lasting relationships, creating opportunities to upsell our products and services.
  • Regular travel to meet with customers face-to-face will be required.
  • Effective communication, action, and monitoring of any necessary operational business changes to resolve customer issues.
  • You will take ownership and accountability for these processes, keeping both the customer and the account management team informed throughout.
  • Work closely with customers to gather and document feedback, helping our client to continuously develop and enhance services that support their growth.
