CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with our New Milton, Hampshire client who are leader in their specialist field. Now growing their busy finance team and looking to appoint an Credit controller to join their close knit finance team on a permanent basis paying up to £28,000.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join this successful company at a point of growth in their business strategy and support chasing monies for the business.

What will the Credit controller role involve?

  • Chasing monies in, communicating with both B2B and B2C.
  • communicating with customers via phone, email and letters.
  • Processing sales invoices in an efficient timely manner;
  • Taking and allocation of payments.
  • Raising credit notes.
  • Setting up new customer accounts and checking credit worthiness.
  • Query resolution.
  • Assist in purchase ledger.

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:

  • Experience gained in a similar position.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Experience working in a high volume environment.
  • Adaptable accounts package skills and an intermediate level of Excel.
