Description
- Respond to customer enquiries related to their financial concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Help customers understand financial aspects of the property sector
- Work closely with the finance team to stay updated on latest policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
