Our client is a highly respected, trusted Insurance broker specialising in providing comprehensive insurance cover for property management companies, resident management companies (RMCs) and right to manage companies (RTMCs) based in New Milton. They offer a range of products including Directors and Officers Insurance, Buildings and Estates as well as Terrorism Insurance, Engineering Inspection and other insurance for homeowners, landlords and tenants.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Senior Account Executive role are:
- Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial insurance policies
- Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurance
- Preparing and issuing new business and renewal terms and quotations
- Ownership and handling of consumer and commercial property claims in accordance with FCA requirements and authority levels
- Ensuring stakeholders are regularly engaged and updated with claims information
- Dealing with client queries via multiple channels - e.g. email, telephone, post - in a timely and professional manner
- Provide a superior service to all internal and external customers of Knight Square Insurance Brokers Limited
- Support Knight Square Insurance Brokers Limited strategic and operational goals
Profile
The successful candidate for the Senior Account Executive role is someone with the following:
- Preferably educated to A 'Level standard, but as a minimum 5 'C' grade or grade 4 and above GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Experience of working within the insurance sector is required, either for an insurance company or broker
- Good knowledge of property insurance (commercial and consumer)
- Excellent customer service experience
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comprehensive knowledge of FCA obligations relevant to insurance provision
- People management experience
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to tight timelines
