We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work at a stunning restaurant with sea views!!

Key Information:
* Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 Plus £4-5k in tips per year
* Location: New Milton
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 40-45 hours, working 5 out of 7 days
Live in available at £350 per month including all bills and all meals on duty

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
*Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation
*Preparation of fresh quality dishes with good quality ingredients locally sourced.
*Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
*Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
*Work alongside the kitchen team

Required skills include:
*A basic understanding of produce and ingredients
*Experience in the kitchen
*Basic knowledge of food production methods
*Embrace new ideas and processes
*Positive and approachable manner

In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
*Experience working in a similar environment
*Ability to follow instructions
*High Standards of hygiene
