This specialist setting caters for children and young people, years 7 to 11 who find mainstream education difficult. The school prides themselves on recognising the barriers to education of their young people.

Location - New Milton, Hampshire
Position - SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) TA
Contract or position start date - ASAP

Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - From GBP 85.10
Hours - 8:30 - 15.00
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent (preferable but not desirable)
- GCSES: English & Maths
- Minimum 1 year working with children with SEN needs
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (or willingness to complete)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
