Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a DBS on the Update Service? Looking for an exciting new opportunity to make a real difference in student's lives? Prospero Teaching are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants in New Milton.

This specialist setting caters for children and young people, years 7 to 11 who find mainstream education difficult. The school prides themselves on recognising the barriers to education of their young people.

Minimum rate of pay - From GBP 85.10
Hours - 8:30 - 15.00

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent (preferable but not desirable)
  • GCSES: English & Maths
  • Minimum 1 year working with children with SEN needs
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (or willingness to complete)


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
