3rd Line Product Support Technician
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: New Milton, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Contract: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise in SIP, VoIP, VoLTE, and advanced troubleshooting to keep systems running smoothly.
- Work with the latest technologies, including Node.js, FreeSwitch, Linux, and Windows, in both cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments.
- Solve critical product issues, support new technology deployments, and mentor junior team members.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in 3rd line IT support, handling escalated issues and providing advanced troubleshooting.
- SIP Mastery: Hands-on expertise with SIP-based systems, ideally within telecommunications, call centres, or large enterprise environments.
- Technical Prowess: Demonstrated experience managing Windows and Linux servers, AWS cloud services, and diagnosing SIP-related issues using tools like Wireshark.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator. CCNP or ITIL Foundation certifications are highly desirable.
- Networking Expertise: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall rules impacting SIP communications.
- Problem-Solving Ninja: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
