An established and growing brokerage in the insurance sector is seeking a candidate for a management role focused on property-led insurance.
The position offers a salary of up to £50k, which includes a £4.5k car allowance, and requires candidates to have experience in Commercial Broking or Underwriting.
The role involves managing a team of 5 with a balanced focus on leadership and business management, working in a hybrid model with 3 days in the New Milton office.
Candidates should possess strong management skills, client-facing experience, and a desire to develop within the company, with no hard targets in place.
This opportunity includes sponsorship for Cert CII and a friendly team culture with regular social events.

The Role:

Salary: Up to £50k (includes £4.5k car allowance)
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the New Milton office
Manage a team of 5
Handle a mix of leadership & book of business management (50/50 split)
Premiums up to £600k per client

The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Broking/andor/Underwriting and will have managed or support a team previously.
