JOB PURPOSE

To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve the required standards, ensuring residents always retain their dignity and individuality.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained at all times, with supporting/assisting the residents, when required, with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing and all other aspects of care.

Assist residents who need help during meal times (be aware of swallowing difficulties, dietary requirements etc). Assist with serving of food / drinks as required/ requested.

Complete, observe & review care planning needs for the residents and complete daily written records.

The role includes working Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and alternate weekends. We would consider candidates that are looking for full-time or part-time.
