Technical Coordinator - Temporary 9-month contract

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator for a minimum of 9 months to provide extensive assistance to our land and planning team due to our huge planning workload.

The role would suit someone who is already freelancing or currently between roles and would be happy to join us on a temporary basis.

Ideally we are looking for candidates with a bias towards civil engineering to complement our existing team where you will help achieve the departments operating responsibilities for all stages of the design process including statutory approvals. You will also optimise the scope and requirements of the project providing cost effective and technically accurate design solutions to maximise return on investment.  You will have a proven track record within a design environment with a B.I.A.T./Degree or similar.  A sound knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers and SAPS is essential.
