REED are actively recruiting a Part Time Receptionist for a busy professional services client based in New Milton. Receptionist
  • Location: New Milton
  • Working Days: Monday and Friday (with additional hours available)
  • Pay Rate: £12.21 - £14.00 per hour

This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organised, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional setting. You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
