We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our alternative provision setting in New Milton You will work closely with children who have faced barriers in mainstream education due to autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), or learning difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in supporting them both academically and emotionally, ensuring they feel safe,valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

About you:

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people who have additional needs.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to build trusting relationships with students.
  • Adaptable and able to think on their feet in a dynamic learning environment
  • Skilled in behaviour management and DE-escalation techniques (or willing to be trained).

The role:

  • Hours: 08:30am - 15:00pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Duration- Temp - Perm
  • Location - New Milton
