We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to maintain daily cleaning of communal areas, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for residents in housing accommodation. The position is ideal for someone who can work independently and is available to start in early January.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including hoovering, dusting, and maintaining bin areas.
- Responsible for refuse collection and handling.
- Clean communal areas such as corridors, lounges, and day room.
- Manage cleaning tasks within a two-floor building structure, including stairwells and lift areas.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enhanced DBS check is required.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate specific needs.
- Training will be provided, ensuring familiarity with specific cleaning standards and practices.
