Berry Recruitment are looking for a Transport Planner to join a leading supplier of aggregates and construction materials based in New Milton.
This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week and an hourly rate between 12.50 and 13.00 depending on experience.
This role will act as a key member of the transport team and main duties include:
- Managing the administration for new HGV drivers employee on boarding
- Monthly input of payroll data including overtime, changes, sickness, leavers and deductions in line with payroll deadlines
- Answering any employee inquiries and visiting sites as required
- Engage with customer teams and customer suppliers
- Schedule work using the current Transport Management System
- Supporting with end to end administration tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Administration experience is essential
- Previous experience in a transport role is desirable
- Computer literate
