A contractor specialising in welding and fabrication is seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to join their team in New Milton.
Salary: 18 - 21 per hour, with a pay rise in June
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: Ongoing long-term contract
Overtime: Earn 1.3x the regular rate for weekend and overtime work.
Hours: Work 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM), with opportunities for additional hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication Work: Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to London and stay away as needed for projects.
- Compliance: Maintain necessary tickets, including CSCS, and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
- Certification: Possession of a valid CSCS card.
- Tools: Familiarity with necessary tools and equipment for welding.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work extra hours as needed.
